From new Associate to experienced veteran, our goal is to keep you one step ahead of the competition.

No Fee, Two Day Orientation Session For All New REALTOR® (Mandatory):

This two day program has been developed specifically for our new REALTORS® who have recently joined our company. It covers in depth, MaxWell Capital Realty policy as it relates to Real Estate trades, Calgary Real Estate Board (CREB) Rules & Regulations, Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) Real Estate Act Rules and Code of Conduct and how in simple terms, those Rules and Regulations govern our conduct as Real Estate Practitioners. The program also covers various scenarios when completing Seller Brokerage Agreements, Buyer Brokerage Agreements, Purchase Contracts and other required documents. Transaction Brokerage, Common Law Agency and Designated Agency are also discussed in depth.

No Fee, Tuesday Morning Weekly Classroom Training Sessions:

These weekly instructor led sessions focus on practical applications of different real estate topics. Group settings and different instructors who have expertise in these fields lead to unparalleled learning opportunities for both new and experienced Real Estate Practitioners. Offered weekly, these classes allow our Real Estate Practitioners to learn a topic in-depth and then incorporate it into their business immediately.

No Fee, Thursday Afternoon Weekly Classroom Training Sessions:

These weekly instructor led sessions are held at the Canyon Meadows office and have different instructors who have experience and expertise in the various topics covered. As with the Tuesday programs, these classes allow our Real Estate Practitioners to learn the topics in-depth and incorporate the techniques into their business immediately.

One On One Coaching Program:

This very successful program was developed by a veteran REALTOR® and Educator who meets with you privately and through a series of questions and interaction with you, determines what areas you require focused attention. This is definitely NOT a typical "templated" program where everyone receives the same formatted guidance. This is a program that is tailored to the individual Associates needs to bolster technique, knowledge, skills and ultimately confidence. Unlike typical "Mentoring" programs, you do not accompany a seasoned REALTOR® on appointments and sit aside and observe. This veteran REALTOR® helps you set appointments, accompanies you and observes! This program is not only for new practitioners but many seasoned veterans have used this service and turned their careers around! There is a small fee for the program, but pays back many times over.

MaxWell Capital Realty Commercial Division:

MaxWell Capital Realty has its own Commercial Division with a significant number of Commercial Real Estate Practitioners as members.
What this has to do with Training is the Commercial Division meets regularly at the North Country Hills office and at these meetings speakers are brought in on various topics such as environmental assessments, appraisals and many other relative topics to the commercial sector of Real Estate. The commercial division is strong on keeping the MaxWell Capital Realty commercial REALTORS® informed and in tune with the day to day changes in our industry.

MaxWell Realty Accelerator Program:

The MaxWell Realty Accelerator Program is a Real Estate Training Program that has been developed for newly licensed REALTORS® to help build a strong foundation for their career. Ongoing opportunities are also available for one on one coaching and personalized support through first trades. MaxWell Capital Realty takes a personal interest in our Real estate Professionals’ success and we are dedicated to providing the environment to support day to day professional and financial growth. The Accelerator Program incorporates a number of different training programs to empower our new Associates, while encouraging outside the classroom opportunities to put new skills to work. The Accelerator program as achieved overwhelming success for our new Associates. In fact, over 70% of our Accelerator graduates are working with a qualified Buyer or Seller within their first 30 days! This cutting edge program differentiates itself from traditional Real Estate training programs offered by other companies by focusing on the skills our new Associates need immediately to start doing transactions. Upon completion of this program, our Associates will have:

  • Proven prospecting plans and techniques fitting/embracing their personality
  • A working business plan to achieve their desired goals
  • A personalized prospecting plan with working systems
  • Skills to conduct both new Buyer and Seller interviews

  • Experience in both company and technology systems
