They say first impressions last a lifetime. My first experience involved working with Keith Obleman. Keith has been my husband's and my REALTOR® for several years and has always been courteous and professional. I talked with Keith and advised him that I was interested in becoming a REALTOR®; he suggested I talk with his brokerage.

The first call made to MaxWell Capital Realty, I was greeted by the Administrative Staff; the telephone etiquette was exemplary as was the level of professionalism. Esme Gloster Upon returning to the workforce, real estate was one of my choices. Not 100% sure what it all involved, I phoned four brokerages to get more information and guidance on how to get started. One broker however, was not available and I'm still waiting for him to return my call – nearly two years later.

Two of the brokers I spoke with, asked if I was enrolled in the Real estate Agents Program. My answer being, no – they said that once I've started, I can call them back and they will sponsor me.

MaxWell Capital Realty's Broker, Stan Kushner's first question was to ask if I had a few moments. Stan then started to explain the whole process to me. Then he supplied me with all of the contact information, phone numbers as well as the web page. Stan then took the time to explain that once I've completed the Real estate Agents Program, I would require a sponsor for the Calgary Real Estate Board course.

Furthermore, Stan gave me some information on some of the benefits MaxWell Capital Realty offers their REALTORS®. Ongoing training, and an open door whenever advice is needed or a problem occurs – help is always just a phone call away (which I make use of on a regular basis).

Deciding which brokerage to join was no problem for me. I thought if a broker has the time and patience to answer all the questions and do all of the explaining to someone he doesn't know, how much more does he do for his REALTORS® once they join his office?

It's been 18 months since I've joined MaxWell Capital Realty and not one day have I regretted my decision! When uncertainties and problems occur – and unfortunately they do – the door is always open or help and answers are only a phone call away. Ongoing training has been very beneficial. If I had the same choice again, I would still choose MaxWell Capital Realty without hesitation and can highly recommend the brokerage as a first choice for any REALTOR®, new or experienced.
